Crichton Clark Joins Major, Lindsey & Africa's Interim Legal Talent

Crichton partners with in-house legal departments and law firms to identify their legal workforce challenges, offer creative talent strategies and solutions, and help them optimize their legal structure, spend and operational efficiencies.

Crichton is a seasoned general counsel, head of compliance and entrepreneur that brings a wealth of experience building and managing the development, operations and budgets of various functions, projects and teams. Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, he ran a consulting business, providing interim and fractional COO services to companies looking to grow, scale and optimize their processes. Before that, he was the Vice President, Global Regulatory and Head of U.S. eCommerce Compliance for Walmart eCommerce. Crichton also spent over seven years with eBay which included roles at PayPal, eBay’s Advertising, Global Shipping, and Geo Expansion businesses, and 4+ years as the Head of Legal for eBay’s Classifieds Global Growth Group & Global Advertising business.

Crichton began his career as a Corporate and Securities associate at Baker & McKenzie LLP.
