Darren Rashkin Joins MLA's Interim Legal Talent to Further Business Development in San Francisco

Hanover, MD (December 12, 2022) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world's leading legal search firm, announced today that Darren Rashkin has joined the firm as a managing director of client development with MLA Interim Legal Talent, based in San Francisco. Darren works with corporations, small businesses, nonprofits and law firms to identify legal talent solutions to address their workforce challenges.

Darren has over 25 years of staffing experience with the Allegis Group, the parent company to Major, Lindsey & Africa. After graduating from The University of Southern California, he joined Maxim Group, which ultimately became TEKsystems. Darren has held various roles with TEKsystems in Southern California and for the past 12 years throughout the Bay Area, most recently serving as a Strategic Account Executive focusing on some of TEKsystems most high profiled accounts. Darren has helped countless organizations find solutions to their IT and marketing staffing needs. He has been recognized for his ability to find and understand the business drivers behind hiring decisions and develop creative recruiting strategies for clients with high-volume requirements. Darren has also established himself as a coach and mentor, successfully leading multifunctional teams and organically growing recruiting and sales talent through training and accountability.
