Experienced Legal Recruiter Tisa Bizzarri Joins MLA to Identify Interim and Contract Legal Talent in New York City

Hanover, MD (August 3, 2022) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced today that Tisa Bizzarri has joined the firm as a managing director – candidate development with the Interim Legal Talent team, based in New York. Tisa focuses on identifying talented attorneys and paraprofessionals in corporations, nonprofits, law firms and a variety of other legal settings for short-term, project-based and special legal engagements.

Before coming to Major, Lindsey & Africa, Tisa was the lead engagement manager, United States for ElevateFlex. In this role, she led a team of engagement managers who devoted her time to clients’ in-house and law firm hiring needs, managed candidate engagements and redeployed talent upon completion of their contracts. Prior to that, she was a talent manager for ElevateFlex, where she recruited legal and executive-level professionals to work for AmLaw 100 and Fortune 100 customers as part of their flexible lawyering platform. Tisa began her legal recruiting career with Special Counsel, where she was responsible for the full desk recruiting of legal staff, paralegals and attorneys throughout New Jersey. Tisa first entered the legal industry as a junior lawyer in the bankruptcy field.
