Jill Twedt, vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Boise Cascade, worked her way up to the GC role over the course of 12 years. Jill was promoted to General Counsel in 2019. She was named Vice President and Corporate Secretary in August 2017. Prior to joining the company in 2007, she practiced employment law litigation. Jill earned her law degree from University of Idaho and a bachelor’s degree from the College of Idaho, where she is the vice chair for the Board of Trustees. Jill also serves on the local United Way board.
