Experienced Recruiter, Haylee Harrison, Joins MLA to Identify Interim and Contract Legal Talent in Philadelphia, Delaware and Baltimore

Hanover, MD (January 7, 2021) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced today that Haylee Harrison has joined the firm as a managing director – candidate development with the Interim Legal Talent team, based in Philadelphia. Haylee focuses on identifying talented interim and contract attorneys as well as experienced paraprofessionals for short-term, temp-to-perm and project-based roles in corporations and law firms.

Haylee joined MLA after five years with CompHealth, one of the largest healthcare staffing companies in the United States. As a senior pharma recruiter, she worked closely with healthcare executives and hiring managers to define and qualify requirements while simultaneously sourcing, qualifying and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline. Before CompHealth, Haylee spent several years as an associate attorney with Kaplan Young & Moll Parron, PLLC in Miami and a project attorney with UnitedLex.
