At the start of 2020, we set out to discover how diversity and inclusion had evolved in legal departments and law firms since we first released Diversity Done Well in 2016. We never could have predicted how 2020 would shift the conversation and focus.
Diversity Done Well 2021 features corporate legal departments and law firms who are dedicated to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion within the legal profession. Within these pages, these legal leaders discuss their goals for their teams, what they are doing to reach those goals and how they are expanding their focus to encompass belonging.
