Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Clay was a recruiter with an NYC-based legal recruiting firm, helping partners and associates explore new career opportunities. Before moving into recruiting, he was an office manager for a number of law firms. Most recently, Clay handled office operations for Dontzin Nagy & Fleissig LLP and King & Wood Mallesons. In these roles, he also managed administrative staff and paralegals.
A classically trained concert pianist, Clay plays whenever he can. In the warmer months, he spends as much time as possible on a little sandbar just off the coast of Long Island.
