Case Study: Tower and Wireless Infrastructure Company


One of the largest privately owned tower and wireless infrastructure companies in the United States, based in Alexandria, Va., with more than 1,200 telecommunications towers and sites for wireless carriers across the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada.


TransactionalDue to recent company acquisitions, our client required several contract attorneys to help review and integrate the acquired entities' files and documents. The documents included contracts, commercial real estate agreements, construction papers and regulatory documents. Given the significant amount of paperwork involved in these transactions, the company's existing lawyers did not have the bandwidth to take on this additional work. However, a permanent hire would not be necessary as the increase in workflow would subside once all documents had been fully integrated.
