MLA Places Natasha R. Luddington as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Fulton Financial Corporation

Hanover, MD (December 15, 2021) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, today announced the placement of Natasha R. Luddington as senior executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary at Fulton Financial Corporation (the “Corporation). Natasha succeeds Daniel R. Stolzer, who will retire in early January. The search was conducted by Elizabeth Long, managing director, and Deborah Thompson, partner, both with MLA’s In-House Counsel Recruiting group in Philadelphia.

In her new role, Natasha will provide advice and counsel on legal matters involving the Corporation and its subsidiaries, administer risk management insurance programs for the Corporation, and act as the chief in-house legal advisor and corporate secretary for the Corporation. Reporting directly to the CEO, E. Phillip Wenger, she will be a member of the Corporation’s senior leadership team and supervise a legal department consisting of 15 attorneys, paralegals and staff.

Fulton Financial Corporation, a $26 billion Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based financial holding company, has approximately 3,300 employees and operates more than 200 branches in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Virginia through Fulton Bank, N.A.

Natasha joins Fulton Bank after spending nearly 15 years with Pacific Western Bank in Chevy Chase, Maryland, most recently serving as interim general counsel and senior vice president, associate general counsel. Before going in-house, she held associate roles at Lerch, Early & Brewer; Mckee Nelson; and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. She began her legal career as a corporate associate with Gardere Wynne Sewell in Dallas. Natasha received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School with honors and her B.S. from Indiana University.
